Ed Beren, President, has three decades of experience in the area of retail development, from both the wholesale and retail perspective. His many years on the retail side of the business as a sales executive enables the Beren Group to see the needs of the market through the eyes of the retailer and the consumer. His range of retail industry contacts is vast as is his command of current and upcoming market trends.

Beren's executive experience includes taking CROWN CORNING USA from zero to $50 million in sales in less than five years in the mid 1980's, he worked with industry veteran Sam Farber with the debut of OXO International in the early '90's. Sales in the first year at OXO tripled; the company's volume today exceeds the $300 million mark.

The Beren Group has also assisted with special projects and assisted sales teams who work with prominent US companies, such as, STARBUCK'S and MCI. They have strong relationships at leading retailers such as WILLIAMS SONOMA, TARGET, CRATE AND BARREL and LNT who regularly utilize the services of the Beren Group.
